Service Plans
For customers who would like to upgrade service beyond the standard warranty offerings, three robust and convenient service plans are available.
Platinum
- 24x7, 4-hour response on-site service
- Spare parts delivery to on-site service location
- 24x7 unlimited phone support
OCZ's Platinum Service includes the highest service levels available to ensure an immediate response for customers with mission-critical environments. Platinum Service includes all the features of Gold Service, but with 24x7 upgrades that ensure a quick response, no matter what time or day. 24x7 unlimited phone support provides phone access to support engineers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. 24x7, 4-hour response on-site service ensures a service technician will be on-site in 4 hours if needed, even during weekends, holidays, or other non-business hours.
Gold
- Same Day response, on-site service available M-F, 8:00am - 5:00pm local time
- Spare parts delivery to on-site service location
- Business-hour phone support
OCZ's Gold Service includes all the offerings of Silver Service, with the accelerated call back time of Same Day response. On-site service during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, ensures spare parts will be shipped immediately from the closest depot to arrive at your site within hours. On-site and spare parts delivery may occur the following business day on service requests received after 2:00 pm local time.
Silver
- Next Business Day response, on-site service available M-F, 8:00am - 5:00pm local time
- Spare parts delivery to on-site service location
- Business-hour phone support
In addition to the standard warranty services, OCZ's Silver Service adds an on-site service feature. This upgrade ensures next business day on-site service during normal business hours.
Custom Tailored Service Plans
OCZ can also develop custom service plans to fit the unique needs of your business. The services listed below can be added to existing service plans or used to create a tailored custom plan. Spare Drives
Immediate access to spare parts is necessary for any mission-critical environment. To provide flexibility and convenience for customers, OCZ offers an optional on-site spares purchase program. Spare drives may be purchased and stored on site or other location of your choosing. The drives can be easily replenished from a spares inventory maintained at OCZ's headquarters in San Jose, California.
24x7 Phone Support - Unlimited
Should you experience a problem with an OCZ drive and desire assistance in diagnosing its cause, you can have direct access to OCZ's Technical Solutions Engineering team 24 x 7. Phone support is available beyond normal business hours to facilitate rapid restoration of your drive and ensure timely, continued access to your data.
