Guidelines for Resume Submittals

OCZ Storage Solutions encourages resume submissions to our applicant tracking system (using the link above) from candidates only.

We do not accept resumes from staffing agencies or search firms unless a valid search agreement is in place and a job order for a specific position has been placed with an agency.

All U.S. based agencies and recruiting assignments must also comply with our guidelines set forth in our Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) documents.

All resumes submitted by a contracted recruiting agency must come to the Human Resources Department before a candidate can be presented to a hiring manager. All resumes submitted to OCZ employees by a recruiting organization that does not have a valid agreement and assignment with OCZ for recruiting services will be considered a NO FEE REFERRAL and will not be eligible for a fee.
